DEVELOPMENT

  • Since 1968, we have developed over 2,000 low income and affordable housing units.
     
  • Our multi-family property development expertise goes from initial site selection through completion.
     
  • We also conduct rehabilitation of multifamily and commercial properties to serve our mission.

MANAGEMENT

  • We manage properties so that permanent supportive housing needs for the independent elderly, the homeless, veterans, and individuals with special needs can be met
     

  • We currently manage a portfolio that includes 1000 affordable units.
     

  • We have worked extensively with public housing programs that provide support to residents: HUD project based assistance, HOME, Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Tax credits, Housing Opportunities for People With Aids (HOPWA), Continuum of Care and others

SOCIAL SERVICES

  • In most of our properties we operate on the Housing First model, recognizing that supportive services effectively assist in an individual’s return to or maintenance of stability.
     

  • We work with community agencies to facilitate the referral of individuals for needed services, often on site at our communities.
     

  • We coordinate the work of community agencies and clinics that provide physical and mental health assessments, outpatient mental health and substance abuse services, intensive case management and employment assistance to our residents.
     

  • Limited transportation is provided to Food Banks, Social Security offices, and recreational activities.
